Qiro is joining Concrete’s USD1 RWA Vault as one of its underlying real-world yield partners.

Qiro, a private credit curator building short-term credit vaults for institutional stablecoin investors, is joining Concrete’s USD1 RWA Vault as one of its underlying real-world yield partners. Developed by Concrete in collaboration with World Liberty Financial, the USD1 RWA Vault gives eligible, whitelisted participants access to a diversified portfolio of real-world asset opportunities through a single vault.

Within the portfolio, Qiro will provide access to short-duration private credit opportunities for payment and fintech businesses. These facilities finance pre-funding, settlement liquidity and other working-capital requirements, with potential returns generated through interest paid by the underlying borrowers.

Qiro’s role in the USD1 RWA Vault

Qiro builds and manages short-term credit vaults that connect institutional stablecoin capital with professionally underwritten real-world lending opportunities.

Qiro focuses on short-duration credit facilities for payment and fintech businesses. These companies frequently require capital to bridge timing gaps across payment flows, including pre-funding obligations, cross-border settlement cycles and delays between initiating transactions and receiving settlement.

Qiro’s role includes:

  • Sourcing short-duration private credit opportunities

  • Assessing borrowers and their underlying payment flows

  • Structuring facilities and investor protections

  • Defining eligibility criteria and exposure limits

  • Monitoring financial and operational performance

  • Conducting ongoing credit and risk evaluation

The objective is to create short-term yield products in which potential returns are generated by identifiable real-world financing activity and supported by clearly defined underwriting standards and monitoring frameworks.

“Payment and fintech companies frequently face short-term liquidity requirements created by pre-funding and settlement cycles. Qiro builds credit vaults that allow institutional stablecoin investors to finance these requirements through professionally underwritten, short-duration facilities. The USD1 RWA Vault creates a new access layer for bringing these opportunities to the USD1 ecosystem,” said Nishikant Bahalkar, Co-founder and CPO of Qiro.

Institutional underwriting for tokenized private credit

Although capital may be deployed and managed onchain, the performance of a private credit strategy ultimately depends on the underlying borrower’s ability to repay.

Qiro has underwritten more than $125 million in private credit opportunities, with no defaults to date, across ecosystem partners including Huma Finance, infiniFi and other institutional credit protocols. This experience spans the full credit lifecycle, including sourcing, assessment, structuring and ongoing monitoring of private credit opportunities for onchain capital providers.

Before introducing an opportunity to a vault, Qiro evaluates the borrower’s financial position, operating model, historical transaction volumes, use of proceeds and sources of repayment. The assessment also covers the facility’s legal structure, collateral and security package, covenants and reporting requirements.

Following deployment, Qiro monitors borrower performance, facility utilisation, repayment behaviour, covenant compliance and other financial and operational risk indicators.

Adding short-term private credit to the USD1 portfolio

Qiro’s short-term credit strategy forms one part of the broader USD1 RWA Vault portfolio.

Each strategy introduces a differentiated source of potential return across borrowers, sectors, geographies and financing structures. Concrete brings these opportunities together within a single vault, allowing eligible participants to access a diversified RWA portfolio without independently sourcing and managing each underlying strategy.

“The USD1 RWA Vault is designed to bring differentiated real-world opportunities together through a single vault powered by Concrete. Qiro adds a professionally underwritten short-term credit strategy focused on payment and fintech businesses, complementing the other opportunities available through the vault,” said Luke Hajdukiewicz, Chief Growth Officer at Blueprint Finance.

For Qiro’s allocation, the flow is:

USD1 Investors → Concrete USD1 Vault → Qiro underwritten short-term private credit opportunities

By joining the USD1 RWA Vault, Qiro will bring its short-term credit vaults, underwriting capabilities and risk-monitoring infrastructure to the USD1 ecosystem. The partnership combines Concrete’s portfolio infrastructure with Qiro’s ability to source, underwrite, structure and manage short-duration credit opportunities for payment and fintech businesses.
